The procedure for selecting a winner for an iTouch Give-A-Way
1) 1) List and number the people who are currently signed up for the iLearning U Newsletter where the first person on the list is “1,” second is “2,” third is "3," etc.
2) 2) Go to http://www.random.org -- a random number generation website
3) 3) Put in the number for the last person on the iLearning U Newsletter list for the “Max” value
4) 4) Click the “Generate” button
5) 5) Take the “Result” number and correspond it to the winning person on the iLearning U Newsletter list
